How do we work?

You apply, describe the task, we select specialists, if it suits you - we take the task. Then we discuss the details.

We join your team or outsource the work of the entire department

We join your team or outsource the work of the entire department

It depends on the tasks and requirements - we take on any complexity. If it's important, we sign the NDA .

We select the specialists for your projects in four steps

We select the specialists for your projects in four steps

  1. You mention the requirements: competence level, stack, additional details, e.g. urgency and the number of specialists needed.
  2. We select several suitable candidates and send you their CVs for approval. We note the time for a particular specialist to join the project.
  3. If the candidate is suitable and needed, we schedule an interview and a test task.
  4. We sign the contract and the NDA .
We release you from routine and non-core tasks

We release you from routine and non-core tasks

If you need to support a project in process, but you want to save the time of your staff, we will help you, it is not difficult for us.

benefits-1.original.png
We can do everything at once
The team has 50 people for you to hire, they can do several different tasks simultaneously.
benefits-2.original (1).png
Savings on the staff
Often it is more profitable for a company to hire a really skilled specialist for a specific task than to search, hire and train your own. Add savings in the workplace, insurance, and tax payments. It’s the well-advertised benefit of outsourcing, you know it yourself
benefits-3.original (1).png
We are located in several time zones: UTC +3, UTC +8, UTC +10
This helps us to process requests quickly. Our main developers are in the two-hour difference with Hong Kong, but this is not a problem, because we know how to tune in.
benefits-4.original (1).png
We provide a personal manager to monitor your project
This manager is always in touch, given the possible time difference; he answers organizational questions, quickly completes the team or substitutes a specialist. Available by email, Slack, Telegram, Skype, WeChat and Whatsapp - as you wish.

How much would it cost?

We work with two pricing types

fixed or by the Time&Material system

Fixed
Time&Material

A fixed price is most often laid down on projects we develop entirely and where we need to study the code globally, not where we have to work with other development teams because we cannot evaluate their work.

Leave a request and find out the cost

Time&Material is a simple system to start with. It is when you pay for the time spent by the developers to solve a problem. You describe the task; we make an assumption about the time and focus on these values. Above small tasks, we offer to choose this system, so it is more convenient for both you and us.

What else affects the cost of our work?

Additional parameters that we discuss before signing the contract

  • the duration of the contract. If it is a one-year job, it is counted by an individual price list;
  • costs when working with foreign companies, such as currency conversion;
  • the developer's knowledge of English technical language;
  • the number of developers to enter the project;

What if

  • We have to reschedule this?

    Unfortunately, this happens. This may be either the client’s fault or our fault.

    The client's fault is usually in the details that we couldn't foresee at the beginning: the task was more complex than it has been described, we didn't have enough information or someone affected the project in process. In this case, we negotiate the terms and conditions and change the contract.

    We could be wrong as well. In this case, we take responsibility and try to solve the problem as soon and smoothly as possible and at our expense. In any case, we'll keep you informed.

  • I don't know, how long may it take?

    We help the client understand the specifics and let him see everything in a nutshell. But in general, outsourcing is a narrow niche for those who know the subject. In addition, in your staff, for sure, there are experts who will be able to evaluate our proposal for development.

  • Hired developers do stupid things. How can I test them?

    We carefully hire all employees through interviews and tests. We provide all this at the step of selecting specialists so that you can evaluate who you work with. You can also conduct your interview and test if you need to.

    We are unlikely to sabotage the process because it is more profitable for everyone to work faster and better. If it turns out that the developer is delaying the deadlines, we will take care of it. This is our responsibility.

  • My team is working by Tokyo time, how can we synchronize with you?

    It's quite easy - some of our specialists live and work in UTC+9, so you will be in the same time zone. If a specialist is from Hong Kong, he will move his working time so as to be in touch with you. Though usually, it is enough to agree on communication sessions to discuss the tasks set for the day.
