We are fans of innovations and technology. So we are interested in doing everething new, not just earning on standard solutions. Conditionally, if in the process of negotiations it turns out that you need a website with features that are already ready-made, we will advise a ready-made intelligent system that will cost much cheaper and work more efficiently. But if you need a website that knows how to recognize the category of thousands of products by photo - we will do it.
For example, a client needed automotive sensors to understand how much fuel is used up and where the cars are. We didn't start to do it, because there is already a simpler solution, obviously cheaper for the client.

We create test samples of the devices under development
Before putting the device into production, we create test samples. Printed circuit boards are ordered in China or Russia, packages and components are printed on the in-house 3D printer or in-house casting camera.
We consider the necessary requirements. For example, for some state companies it is important if the entire component base is domestic. We know how to do it quicker and cheaper.
We provide technical support only under the service contract
We have a test month, to correct errors within the project in time if something goes wrong. But for further maintenance we need to draw up a service contract, which guarantees a quick and timely solution to the problems. It works like this:
— we enter into a contract;
— if the problem is detected, we get started and solve it quickly;
— we bill only for the time of error correction, no subscription fee is charged.
If you do not want to enter into a service contract, we will not be able to help you if something goes wrong after the project is completed. In that case, you'll have to wait in line to sign the contract anyway.
It looks like an attempt to disclaim guarantees, but it's not one. We cannot provide a warranty code for a code that has operated outside of our environment. Any variable, even porting from one server to another, can affect its performance. That's why we came up with such a compromise - we enter a service contract and commit ourselves to solving possible problems quickly, billing only for the time spent.
